Church Financing Referral Program

We have a great referral program: For every church that we close a loan with that is referred to us we will pay ½ point, up to $10,000 per referral. Anyone can participate; you do not need to close a loan with us to earn referral fees. This is a real win-win situation, you earn a nice referral fee and we provide the church financing to help another church move forward. Please make sure you contact the person and let them know that we will be calling. This program is available in most areas but is not permitted in a few areas where referral fees are against the law. Mortgage brokers can earn a referral fee or charge the customer a fee of their own but not both.
